TMZ is not buying it, apparently there are multiple inconsistencies. Police are going to do a polygraph test.

to the Trib’s credit, they were the first to update the story, by saying that the police will be giving her a polygraph test in the morning because the Citizens Bank ATM data did not match what she was telling police.
whereas CNN was reporting it as fact.
whatever happened to real journalism, as in fact-checking, talking to multiple sources???
